In his various roles—as US Air Force medic, NYPD and federal law enforcement, health and fitness trainer, strength and conditioning coach, martial arts instructor, gym owner, model, actor, and songwriter—his diverse life experiences and eclectic taste have culminated in a collection of written observations of the human experiment in all of its failures and successes. D. A. Gray has a unique insight into human behavior, which has shaped his raw and real perspectives on life.
